William's expertise in Quality Methods has been acknowledged in books and his work has been published as well. William has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Masters of Science Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Engineering Science. He also is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Additionally, he has held many management positions working in the automotive industry for a worldwide O.E.M. for over 20 years. He has done work in 5 continents.
